Documents for International Transportation

For prompt and timely delivery of your goods to the destination, it is necessary to prepare documents in advance to cross the border of Ukraine.

  1. Original of Bill of Lading - Z/S. On the back of the bill of lading there should be the consignee stamp;
  2. Original of order letter from the shipper (in case of Order BL);
  3. The original of the power of attorney for the receiving of cargo;
  4. Original invoice (Proforma Invoice)
  5. Packing List;
  6. Certificate of origin of the goods;
  7. Cargo quality certificate;
  8. Phytosanitary certificate (for vegetable commodities);
  9. Veterinary certificate (for goods of animal origin);
  10. Imported quarantined permission (for flour cargo, cereals, tea, coffee, etc.);
  11. Certificate of conformity (for food);
  12. Fumigation certificate (if required);

Documents for Customs Clearance

  1. Accreditation at the customs office (extracts from the register of persons who carry out operations with
    goods);
  2. Purchase contract, with attachments and specifications;
  3. Commercial documents - invoice;
  4. Packing list;
  5. Transport documents (CMR, Air Waybill, bill of lading, railway bill, express bill);
  6. The description of the product, depending on the nature of the cargo, may be - a technical passport,
    certificate of analysis, catalogs, information from Internet sources;
  7. Certificate of origin;
  8. Depending on the product code, the documents required for non-tariff passage regulation - phytosanitary certificate, veterinary certificate, health certificate.
